Fleetworx Ltd is offering a complimentary Company Car Fleet Policy Review (the “Review”) to organisations who register during the week commencing 9th March 2026.
The Review is a structured assessment of an organisation’s existing written company car fleet policy against current best-practice principles.
- Eligibility
2.1 The offer is available to organisations that:
- Operate a company car fleet (status, incentive, or job-need vehicles)
- Submit registration during week commencing 9th March 2026
- Provide a complete and current version of their written fleet policy
2.2 Fleetworx Ltd reserves the right to decline participation where:
- The organisation does not operate a company car fleet
- No formal written policy exists
- The request falls outside the intended scope of the Review
- Scope of the Review
3.1 The Review includes:
- High-level assessment of policy structure and governance
- Identification of potential gaps, ambiguities or areas of risk
- Commentary on alignment with current best-practice principles
- A summary of observations and recommendations
3.2 The Review does not include:
- A full policy rewrite
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Detailed financial modelling
- Operational implementation support
3.3 Any further consultancy work beyond the Review will be subject to separate agreement and fees.
- Delivery Format
4.1 The Review will typically be delivered as:
- A written summary and/or
- A virtual feedback meeting
4.2 Fleetworx Ltd reserves the right to determine the appropriate format of delivery.
4.3 Timelines for delivery will be confirmed following registration and receipt of all required documentation.
- Registration Period
5.1 To qualify, organisations must register during the week commencing 9th March 2026.
5.2 Fleetworx Ltd reserves the right to limit the number of Reviews undertaken concurrently and to schedule delivery over a reasonable timeframe.
- Information Provided
6.1 The organisation is responsible for ensuring that:
- All documents provided are accurate and complete
- The policy submitted is the current approved version
6.2 Fleetworx Ltd will rely on the information provided and accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies or omissions in supplied documentation.
- Confidentiality
7.1 Fleetworx Ltd will treat all policy documentation and related information as confidential.
7.2 No information will be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
- No Reliance / Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Review is provided for general guidance purposes only.
8.2 The Review does not constitute legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice.
8.3 Fleetworx Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any decisions made based on the Review
- Any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on the Review
8.4 Organisations remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

9.1 All materials, frameworks and methodologies used in the Review remain the intellectual property of Fleetworx Ltd.
9.2 The organisation may use the Review summary internally but may not reproduce or distribute Fleetworx materials externally without written permission.
- Right to Withdraw or Amend
Fleetworx Ltd reserves the right to:
- Withdraw the offer
- Amend these Terms & Conditions
- Decline participation at its discretion
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Marketing Permission
With prior written consent, Fleetworx Ltd may reference participation in anonymised or named case studies.
