Our clients tell us that the personal taxation benefit of EV’s is a massive contributor to EV company car adoption. Although many drivers appreciate the environmental benefits, our client work with EV roll-outs shows that the impact on their wallet is high on the agenda.
So, to understand how this incentive differs across Europe we set out to create a Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) European landscape. Using a typical vehicle spec of a €40,000, 130g/km O2 diesel vehicle, pitted against an equivalent €40,000 zero emission battery electric vehicle, we charted the peaks and valleys of personal taxation incentive.
